What Goes on in Gahanna Mayor's Court?
Mayor's courts are located across Ohio in respective municipalities. These courts normally operate on limited schedules while serving as judicial branches for their communities. Unlike municipal and common pleas court, the presiding government official is a magistrate and not a judge. Additionally, the magistrate is compensated by the community of his/her service.
