What Goes on in Dublin Mayor's Court?

Mayor's courts are located across Ohio in respective municipalities. These courts normally operate on limited schedules while serving as judicial branches for their communities. Mayor's courts deal with traffic cases, violations of city ordinances, and other various misdemeanors. Unlike municipal and common pleas court, the presiding government official is a magistrate and not a judge. Additionally, the magistrate is compensated by the community of his/her service. In Ohio, there are 260 jurisdictions of Mayor's courts all serving separate municipalities.
